In a ceremony graced by the presence of Bhaktapur Municipality Mayor and Chairman of the College Management Committee, Mr. Sunil Prajapati, as a chief guest, underscored the significance of capable leadership for the advancement of any institution. Mr. Prajapati emphasized the importance of selfless and disciplined work among the teaching staff within the college. This message was conveyed during the letter handover program, where Dr. Subegman Bijukchhen was formally appointed as the Vice Principal of Khwopa Engineering College, and several teachers and staff members received promotions in both Khwopa Engineering College and Khwopa College of Engineering, both run by the Bhaktapur Municipality.

Mr. Prajapati stressed the need for honesty in thought, speech, and action among the teaching staff for the betterment of the colleges. He acknowledged the people's contributions and unpaid efforts that have played a crucial role in developing the colleges run by Bhaktapur Municipality.

During the event, Er. Sujan Maka, the Principal of Khwopa Engineering College, provided insights into the preparations for the upcoming International Conferences ICT CEEL and ICEE-PDRP organized by the college. He also highlighted the college's commitment to research in addition to its teaching responsibilities.

The Principals of Khwopa College of Engineering, Er. Sunil Duwal, along with Vice Principal Er. Ratnashova Prajapati and Store Officer Rajan Jati extended their best wishes to Dr. Subegman Bijukchhen for a successful tenure as Vice Principal. They also congratulated the teachers who received promotions.

As the Chief Guest, Mr. Sunil Prajapati presented appointment letters to the newly appointed Vice Principal and promotion letters to senior Lecturers, Lecturers, and non-teaching staff who were promoted to officer-level positions under the college's regulations. Dr. Subegman Bijukchhen, the newly appointed Vice Principal of Khwopa Engineering College, expressed his dedication to his new role during the event.
