Yes, counselling programs are conducted from time to time. Experienced professionals in the respective fields are invited for their valuable suggestions and sharing their working experiences with the students.

College organizes different expos and exhibition at certain intervals for improving students' practical skills in their fields. Students also get involved and participate in different competitions organized by various organizations of their respective fields.

Yes, it is possible to get extra classes if requested by students in needy time.

Yes, it is conducted timely on the requirement basis.

Deposits can only be refunded after completing all the four years courses.

1. Merit-Based Scholarship (Based on Entrance Rank)

• 10% of the total admitted students in each program will receive a scholarship based on their IOE entrance rank.
• Students with less than 3.2 CGPA in +2 will receive only 50% of the merit-based scholarship.
• Among these:
  • 2 seats in Civil Engineering
  • 1 seat in Computer Engineering
  • 1 seat in Electrical Engineering
  are reserved for entrance toppers from Bhaktapur Municipality. If unfilled, these will be given to other general category students.
• Recipients pay only the regular IOE student fee.

2. Scholarship Based on +2 Academic Performance

• For Civil and Electrical Engineering:
  • 50% scholarship on the first-semester fee for students with minimum 3.60 CGPA or 80% and above.
  • 25% scholarship on the first-semester fee for students with CGPA between 3.20 – 3.60 or 65% – 80% marks.
  • 10% scholarship on the first-semester fee for students from community +2 schools within Bhaktapur Municipality.

3. Other Scholarships

• Semester Topper Scholarship: Full tuition fee waiver for the semester topper based on IOE’s final exam result. If multiple toppers exist, the amount is divided.
• Needy and Diligent Scholarship: The college may provide scholarships to financially needy and hardworking students.

Note: Each student is eligible for only one scholarship. If eligible for multiple, the higher-value scholarship will be awarded.

Various extra curriculur activities and sports competitions are conducted in college like chess, table tennis, badminton and football competition 

Yes, it is compulsory to be in uniform. Students without uniform are not allowed to sit in the class. There is no excuse for not being in uniform.

Some oral exams are conducted in the interview. You might need to solve some written problems depending on your academic performance or the performance during the interview.

Yes, you can fill up online form.

Students must fill up an online application form. He/She will be selected according to their rank in the IOE exam. After selection, he/ she must attend the college interview. After students are approved from the interview, they can visit the college reception to know about the requirements for admission, fee structures, and documents required, etc.
