OAPAS Guideline
For admission to BE, Khwopa College of Engineering, an applicant should go through Online Admission Priority Application Submission (OAPAS). There are four steps you have to complete for submitting your application:

1. Enter Basic Information
2. Upload IOE Score Card & Citizenship Certificate
3. Free for Single Priority. If more than one priority, upload Bank Voucher, or Pay via eSewa/Khalti (system integrated) & Select Priority
4. Complete the form with the remaining Information

Online application is free for Single Priority Selection. If s/he wants to choose additional priority then s/he should pay Rs. 100.
