Khwopa College of Engineering (KhCE) commenced a comprehensive three-day Capacity Development Training on Friday, 23rd Jestha 2082. The training program, supported by the University Grants Commission (UGC), was inaugurated by the Principal of KhCE, Er. Sunil Duwal.
