Strengthening the Core: Faculty Initiatives for Quality Teaching

To promote academic excellence and collaborative growth, the Department of Electrical Engineering at Khwopa College of Engineering held a faculty meeting on May 25, 2025, chaired by Er. Rakesh Gwachha. Er. Gopal Chandra Joshi served as the resource person, sharing insights on effective teaching strategies, interactive learning, and concept clarity. The meeting focused on improving teaching methods and student outcomes, with faculty members actively discussing challenges and solutions. A key decision was the assignment of Er. Dhurba Karki to present best practices for teaching "Electric Machine-I." Moving forward, other faculty will also share their approaches in future sessions to encourage peer learning and continuous improvement.
