The Department of Civil Engineering is delighted to announce the successful completion of the Survey Camp for the students of Civil Engineering, 2077 batch of Khwopa College of Engineering. The 12-day camp, held from the 11^th to the 22^nd of Jestha, 2080, aimed to enhance the practical and theoretical knowledge of the students in engineering surveying while providing them with valuable hands-on experience in the field.

Under the coordination of Senior Lecturer and Deputy Head of Civil Department Er. Aanand Kumar Mishra, the camp was held in the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) Training Center premises in Kharipati, Bhaktapur. Following faculties and staff with close coordination with students successfully accomplished the camp.

A total of 93 students, comprising 70 males and 23 females, actively participated in the camp. Throughout the camp, the students engaged themselves in different methods and processes of surveying such as horizontal control establishment, minor traverse for topographic mapping, bridge site survey, and road alignment survey. The students demonstrated their skills and knowledge to enhance the practical applications of the surveying which they have studied in previous semesters. The instruction committee closely supervised the students’ work and provided proper guidance. Based on their performance and dedication students were awarded with following titles.
