As an initiative to enhance interdisciplinary academic cooperation, Khwopa College of Engineering (KhCE) and Khwopa College of Law (KCL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Sunday, 21st Baishakh 2082. The agreement sets forth a collaborative framework focused on resource sharing, joint research endeavors, and developing interdisciplinary educational programs.
The MoU was officially signed by Er. Ratna Shova Prajapati, Vice Principal of KhCE, and Advocate Ms. Anita Jadhari, Principal of KCL. This partnership aims to strengthen academic and research competencies by leveraging the collective expertise of both institutions operating under the Bhaktapur Municipality.
Under the agreement, both institutions have committed to assigning liaison officers, maintaining confidentiality, supporting course and research development, and providing legal and technical assistance to each other as needed.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Er. Sunil Duwal, Principal of KhCE, remarked that the collaboration embodies a shared vision to drive academic excellence, innovation, and interdisciplinary engagement. He emphasized the potential of the partnership to create enriched learning environments and broaden opportunities for students, faculty, and researchers.
This MoU represents a strategic advancement in cross-disciplinary cooperation and contributes to the institutional growth and academic enrichment of Bhaktapur's educational landscape.
