As part of its commitment to strengthening institutional governance and administrative efficiency, Khwopa College of Engineering (KhCE) organized a workshop on "Meeting Procedures and Minuting" on Sunday, 21st Baishakh 2082. The session aimed to build the capacity of administrative and academic staff to conduct effective meetings and prepare accurate minutes.
The workshop featured a comprehensive presentation by Advocate Ms. Anita Jadhari, who shared insights on the legal, procedural, and practical aspects of formal meetings. Her presentation covered key topics including meeting protocols, documentation standards, minute-taking techniques, and best practices for ensuring accountability and transparency in institutional operations.
Principal Er. Sunil Duwal expressed gratitude to Advocate Jadhari, Principal of Khwopa College of Law, for the informative session. He remarked that the workshop would significantly contribute to formalizing official meetings and effectively documenting the college’s activities. He emphasized the importance of such training in strengthening transparency and institutional memory.
During the session, Vice Principal Er. Ratna Shova Prajapati, Prof. Dr. Raju Bhai Tyata, Mr. Sanjaya Manandhar, and Mr. Shreeram Dhoju shared their valuable experiences regarding meeting procedures and minute preparation. They highlighted real-world challenges and best practices from their respective roles, enriching the workshop with practical insights and contextual relevance.
The event concluded with an interactive Q&A session, during which participants engaged in thoughtful discussions and clarified key aspects of the meeting and the minuting process. The workshop was well received and is expected to enhance KhCE's administrative practices moving forward.
