The Department of Electrical Engineering at Khwopa College of Engineering (KhCE) has taken a significant step towards industry-academia collaboration by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Gham Power Nepal Pvt. Ltd. The meeting was convened on Friday, 5th of Baisakh, 2082 (April 19, 2025), at the Gham Power Nepal Pvt. Ltd. office.
The session was conducted in the presence of distinguished representatives from both institutions. Er. Rakesh Gwachha, Head of Department (KhCE), and Er. Sudeep Bir Tuladhar, Chief Operations Officer at Gham Power, jointly led the proceedings. Also, in attendance were Er. Gaurab Tamrakar (Deputy HoD, KhCE), Er. Anjal Niraula (CEO, Gham Power), and Er. Sujendra Manandhar (R&D Head, Gham Power).
The meeting agenda focused on the official signing of the MOU, symbolizing the beginning of a meaningful partnership aimed at fostering cooperation, technical collaboration, and shared growth. The Head of Department welcomed the attendees and highlighted the importance of academic-industry linkages in today’s dynamic technological landscape.

The meeting concluded with the formal signing of the MOU in the presence of witnesses, marking a promising start to a cooperative journey between KhCE and Gham Power Nepal Pvt. Ltd.
