Khwopa College of Engineering (KhCE) successfully conducted a workshop titled “A Workshop on the Review and Finalization of the Annual Report 2081” on 27^th Chaitra 2081. The program brought together key academic and administrative personnel to present and refine the college’s annual report for the year 2081.

The primary aim of the workshop was to review and consolidate KhCE’s academic, research, and administrative accomplishments for the year 2081. It focused on ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and completeness of the KhCE's documentation. Additionally, the workshop aimed to align the annual report with national and international accreditation standards, while also serving as a platform to discuss strategies for improvement and set actionable goals for the upcoming year.

The workshop was chaired by Er. Sunil Duwal, Principal of Khwopa College of Engineering, who underscored the significance of transparency and accountability in institutional reporting. In his address, he emphasized that the annual report is not merely a formal document, but a reflection of the KhCE’s collective efforts, challenges, and accomplishments. “The annual report serves as a roadmap for future growth and institutional development,” he stated, further highlighting the necessity of preparing a comprehensive and accurate report to guide KhCE’s progress and strategic direction.

During the workshop, Er. Ratna Shova Prajapati, Vice Principal of Khwopa College of Engineering, emphasized the strategic importance of the annual report. she remarked, encouraging all departments and sections to align their efforts with the future vision and goals of the KhCE.

Mr. Sanjaya Manandhar, Head of Administration, also spoke about the relevance of the workshop and the collective responsibility involved in institutional reporting.

During the session, the heads of various departments and sections presented their respective annual reports, offering a comprehensive overview of their achievements, challenges, and future plans. Presentations were delivered by Er. Aanand Kumar Mishra, Head of the Civil Engineering Department; Er. Rakesh Gwachha, Head of the Electrical Engineering Department; Er. Dinesh Gothe, Head of the Computer and Electronics Department; and Mr. Bhesh Bahadur Thapa, Head of the Science and Humanities Department. Additionally, reports were presented by Prof. Dr. Raju Bhai Tyata, Coordinator of the R&D Unit; Prof. Dr. Chandra Kiran Kawan, Head of the Exam Section; Mr. Kaji Bahadur Pancha, Head of the Account Section; and Mr. Rajan Jati, Head of the Store Section. Each presentation contributed to the holistic assessment and documentation of the KhCE’s performance throughout the year 2081.

The presentation was followed by group discussions, where participants provided constructive feedback to refine and enhance the report. The collaborative effort ensured that all significant contributions were thoroughly documented. After careful review and necessary revisions, the final draft of the Annual Report 2081 was prepared for official record.
