Khwopa College of Engineering (KhCE) made a significant impact at the Code Yatra Hackathon hosted by the Himalayan College of Engineering, held from February 9-11, 2025. Two teams from KhCE secured prestigious awards, highlighting the college's excellence in technology and innovation.

Team Snorlax emerged as the Title Winner and received the Most Innovative Project Award for their groundbreaking solution, showcasing technical efficiency and innovation. The team consisted of Adarsha Shrestha, Shailaj Dahal, Manee Das Shrestha, and Basanta Pokharel.

Team Syntax Error won the People’s Choice Award for their AI-powered web platform, Revolv, which helps businesses transition into digital space. The team, comprising Jeeni Shrestha, Jenisha Shrestha, Isha Bhattarai, and Sejal Dahal, impressed the audience with their innovative approach.

In addition to the two winning teams, Team Code Crafters and Team Tech Visionaries also showcased impressive technical acumen. Team Code Crafters, composed of Abi Shrestha, Supriya Poudel, Rohan Singh, and Manav Khatiwada, developed an innovative solution that demonstrated strong problem-solving skills. Meanwhile, Team Tech Visionaries, featuring Saral Dulal, Sweta Suwal, Indira Shyama, and Sahil Duwal, contributed to the competition with a well-crafted project that highlighted their technical proficiency and teamwork.
