Arun Kumar Shrestha (KCE077BCT010), a dedicated student at Khwopa College of Engineering (KhCE), has successfully developed an innovative Event Management System to streamline the process of booking halls within the college. This system provides an efficient platform for Heads of Departments (HoDs) and Sections to submit hall booking requests for various academic and administrative events.

The demonstration of the system was held on 13th January 2025 in the presence of KhCE Principal Er. Sunil Duwal, along with department heads and section heads. During the demo, Arun showcased the system’s user-friendly interface, highlighting its ability to eliminate overlapping bookings, reduce manual record-keeping, and provide real-time notifications for all stakeholders.

Principal Er. Sunil Duwal praised Arun’s efforts and expressed his appreciation for the innovative solution. He acknowledged the potential of the Event Management System to enhance the efficiency of hall management and emphasized the importance of implementing such systems in the college’s administrative operations.
