On Sunday, 28th Poush 2081, a meeting was held with Prof. Dr. Devraj Adhikari, Chairman of the University Grants Commission (UGC) Nepal, to discuss the upcoming 4^th National Conference on Earthquake Engineering Nepal, organized by Khwopa College of Engineering and Khwopa Engineering College in association with UGC Nepal. Dr. Subeg Man Bijukchhen, Vice Principal of Khwopa Engineering College, Prof. Dr. Chandra Kiran Kawan of Khwopa College of Engineering, and Mr. Sanjaya Manandhar, Administrative Chief of Khwopa College of Engineering attended the meeting. Mr. Ramesh Prasad Adhikari, Deputy Director of UGC Nepal, was also present.

The discussion primarily focused on the preparations for the 4th National Conference on Earthquake Engineering, scheduled for 4th Magh 2081 at Khwopa College of Engineering, Libali, Bhaktapur. Other key topics included fostering collaboration for international and national conferences and enhancing the Quality Assurance and Accreditation (QAA) processes of both colleges.

During the meeting, Dr. Bijukchhen presented the college's recent publications to the Chairman.
