On the special occasion of the 23^rd Anniversary of Khwopa Engineering College and the 16^th Anniversary of Khwopa College of Engineering, a Software Development Competition focusing on the Event Management System was successfully conducted on 29^th Mangsir, 2081, at Hall 4. The event, held from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, brought together 11 participating teams, out of which 7 teams were shortlisted for the final round. The competition aimed to celebrate technical brilliance, innovation, and teamwork while providing a platform for students to apply their skills and knowledge.

Recognizing Talent in Three Categories

The competition awarded students across three categories, each showcasing unique aspects of the projects. The Best Technical Implementation award was won by the fourth-year team comprising Manish Pyakurel, Rupak Neupane, Sarjyant Shrestha, and Srijan Gyawali. The Best UI/UX category was led by third-year students Basanta Pokharel, Adarsha Shrestha, Sweta Suwal, and Smriti Adhikari, while the Most Innovative Solution accolade went to second-year students Utkristha Bhattarai, Rachit Khadka, Arun Gupta, and Aavash Manandhar. A panel of distinguished jury members, including Er. Niranjan Bekoju, Er. Sushil Dyopala, and Er. Sunil Banmala, evaluated the projects based on technical soundness, user experience, and innovation.

A Collaborative Success

The event’s success was supported by a dedicated team of volunteers who ensured seamless organization. Masters of Ceremony Pranisha Shrestha, Subidha Manandhar, and Ayusha Shrestha led the proceedings, while technical and logistical support was managed by students from both colleges. The competition highlighted the talent and creativity of Khwopa’s students, providing a glimpse into the promising future of technology and innovation.
