Er. Saroj Koirala gave a talk on "Advancing career after Bachelors in Electrical Engineering" to BEL 2077 Batch fourth-year students of Khwopa College of Engineering on September 15, 2024. The main objective of the presentation was to provide fourth-year students with an overview and experience sharing of career-oriented counseling so they could obtain information and resources regarding professional disciplines and careers after college.

The basic principles of ethics and professional behaviour were discussed in his discourse. The presentation places a strong emphasis on the essential Dos and Don'ts of the professional sector, building upon the foundation of a bachelor's degree. The session placed an emphasis on the value of self-evaluation and study of one's own skills and areas for growth in order to help make wise professional selections. The session also explores on the scope and idea related to the job applications, job scopes and dealing with the job interviews which reflects the potential ideas related to the securing career.

Through the resource person's sharing of his professional experiences and the tips and tricks he has acquired along the way, the audience gained deep insights into the development and evolution of the career during the presentation.
