Bhaktapur, Nepal - On 23rd September 2024, Khwopa College of Engineering hosted a virtual event aimed at providing career counseling and orientation to students from the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years. A total of 63 students actively participated in the program, which sought to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world professional demands, empowering future engineers to explore career paths and opportunities.

The event featured presentations from leading professionals in the technology sector. Dr. Ramesh Marikhu, CEO of Almonds AI Co. Pvt. Ltd., delivered an insightful session titled "My First Venture: An Experience", where he shared his entrepreneurial journey and experiences in artificial intelligence (AI) and computer science, followed by an engaging Q&A session.

Ashik Rajbhandari, Managing Director of Sciever Inc. Pvt. Ltd., led an orientation on career development, focusing on how to leverage the skills acquired during engineering studies in real-world applications. His 45-minute session on "Orientation on the Course" was particularly helpful in motivating students to explore innovative solutions in their future careers.

The program was moderated by Er. Niranjan Bekoju, who opened and concluded the event with his valuable remarks, offering feedback and summarizing the lessons learned during the sessions.

This event is part of the college's broader effort to prepare students for the evolving demands of the engineering industry, ensuring that they are equipped with both technical and professional skills.
