Before starting my undergraduate program in 2015, I thought that a college is simply a place where I attend lectures each day, take exams at last, and graduate with a degree certificate. Then maybe find a job somewhere and start my professional life. But as I reflect upon myself now, I have learned much more than I had expected, and for where I am today, I owe a big thank you to Khwopa College of Engineering (KhCE).
Thank you, KhCE, for providing me with a high level of education and teachers who have always cared for my intellectual and emotional growth. Thank you for being the place where I re-discovered myself and trained adequately towards my dream career. I loved the soothing, friendly, and welcoming educational and cultural atmosphere around the college. I met amazing friends, and together, we teamed up and went through ups and downs, motivating each other. Thank you for all the fun, the festivals, the sports, the college tours, the cultural programs, and the long-lasting recollections.
Thank you for organizing the international conferences and frequent guest lectures where I met internationally renowned scientists and found great mentors to inquire at any point of my life for guidance. Thank you for having us at the National Earthquake Day Exhibitions – my favorite days, where we friends shared earthquake safety tools and technologies and interacted with the local people. Thank you for bridging my engineering education with the socio-economics of our country.
The best thing that I have found at KhCE is undoubtedly an open study and research environment. I am beyond grateful that I have had the chance to study at KhCE. I can come back and be welcomed wholeheartedly at any time.
For any hard-working high school graduate who is curious about becoming a sound engineer, living a meaningful and cultural life in the city of devotees, attending KhCE is an easy decision!
~A proud alumnus of Khwopa College of Engineering
