Dear KhCE Family,
As I reflect on my journey from the classrooms of KhCE to the forefront of renewable energy innovation, I am filled with immense gratitude and pride. My time at Khwopa College of Engineering, from 2013 to 2017, was not just about acquiring an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering; it was a period of profound personal and professional growth. The college's vibrant academic environment, coupled with its commitment to practical learning, provided the perfect breeding ground for my budding interest in renewable energy and sustainability.
Igniting to form robotics club with my classmates was one of the highlights of my undergraduate years. It was a platform that allowed me to translate theoretical knowledge into tangible solutions, fostering a spirit of innovation and collaboration that I carry with me to this day. The skills and experiences gained through the club were instrumental in shaping my career path.
Post-graduation, my passion for renewable energy led me to contribute to the operation and establishment of two privately-led utility scale solar farm in Nepal—a testament to the power of education and its application in addressing real-world challenges. This project was not just about harnessing the sun's energy; it was a step towards a more sustainable future for our planet and a source of inspiration for aspiring engineers back home.
The pursuit of knowledge took me across the globe to Texas Tech University for graduate studies, where I delved deeper into the intricacies of renewable energy systems. Now, as I work in the renewable energy industry in the USA, I am reminded daily of the foundations laid during my time at Khwopa College of Engineering. Nearly two years into this role, my passion for the field is as strong as ever, fueled by the desire to make a meaningful impact on the world.
To the current and future students of KhCE, I say: cherish your time at this institution, for it is a launchpad to endless possibilities. Embrace every opportunity to learn, innovate, and contribute. And to the faculty and staff, I extend my heartfelt thanks for your unwavering dedication to nurturing the minds that will shape tomorrow.
With warm regards and best wishes for a sustainable future,
