OAPAS Guideline
For admission to BE, Khwopa College of Engineering, an applicant should go through Online Admission Priority Application Submission (OAPAS). There are four steps you have to complete for submitting your application:

1. Enter Basic Information
2. Upload IOE Score Card & Citizenship Certificate
3. Upload Bank Voucher, or Pay via eSewa/Khalti (system integrated) & Select Priority
4. Complete the form with the remaining Information

The applicant needs to pay Rs. 200 for single priority. If s/he wants to choose additional priorities then s/he should pay Rs. 100 for each priorities.  Payment can be done directly at the College Account Section (Block E, Ground Floor) too.
